Client Support Specialist

We're expanding our remote team and looking for a dependable Client Support Specialist to support daily cryptocurrency operations and deliver a smooth experience for our clients. This role combines client communication with operational responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who enjoys organized workflows, solving problems, and working with digital platforms.

Whether you're already familiar with cryptocurrency or just beginning to explore the industry, you'll receive comprehensive training and ongoing guidance to build the skills needed for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions related to cryptocurrency exchanges, accounts, and transactions through chat, email, or phone.

• Guide new clients through the onboarding process and help them understand our services.

• Support deposits, withdrawals, and other transaction-related requests while following established security procedures.

• Track, verify, and document exchange activity using our internal CRM system.

• Coordinate with operations and compliance teams to ensure accurate processing and efficient workflow.

• Maintain organized records and handle sensitive information with professionalism and attention to detail.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset.

• Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail.

• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, digital assets, or exchange platforms is an advantage, but not required.

• Comfortable working with digital tools and able to use both a laptop and smartphone efficiently.

• Reliable, adaptable, and willing to learn structured processes in a fast-moving environment.

• No previous industry experience is required - full training is provided.
