As a Sales Assistant at SAL Heavy Equipment, you will support the sales and operations team with daily administrative and customer-related tasks to help ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Working closely with managers and team members, you will assist with processing orders, maintaining records, communicating with customers regarding updates, and helping deliver a high level of service and organization across daily operations.
We are looking for a reliable and organized Sales Assistant to help with daily operations for a company specializing in commercial equipment sales. This is a fully remote position with a flexible schedule, ideal for someone who can work independently, stay organized, and communicate effectively while supporting the sales team and handling operational tasks.
Responsibilities
— Process customer orders and update sales records
— Support the sales team with day-to-day operational tasks
— Review invoices and verify payment information
— Maintain documents and track ongoing orders
— Communicate with customers regarding order updates and status
Requirements — Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
— Basic computer skills (documents, spreadsheets, email)
— Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely
— Good written and verbal communication skills
No previous experience required — training will be provided.
