Transaction Operations Specialist

We are hiring a Transaction Operations Specialist to join our remote operations team and support daily transaction processes, ensuring that requests are handled accurately and on time.

The position includes reviewing transactions, checking records, resolving processing issues, and working with internal teams, clients, and external partners when additional information is needed.

Main Responsibilities

— Monitor and review daily transaction activity.

— Work with internal teams, clients, and external partners when needed.

— Maintain accurate transaction records and documentation.

— Assist with transaction verification and reconciliation.

— Follow company procedures related to security, compliance, and data handling.

— Provide updates on transaction status and outstanding issues.

— Report recurring problems that may require changes to existing processes.
